1. Scope & Eligibility (21+ Only)
Our website and products are intended only for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 provided information, email shroomypop@gmail.com and we will delete it.

2.3 Device/Usage Data. IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, operating system, pages viewed, time/date stamps, referring/exit pages, and similar telemetry to operate and secure the site.
2.4 Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and device IDs for core functionality (e.g., cart, login), analytics, and to personalize/measure marketing. You can control cookies in your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect site performance.

4. How We Share Information
4.1 Service Providers. With vetted vendors performing services for us (payment processing, fulfillment/3PL, customer service tools, email/SMS platforms, analytics/advertising, hosting, age verification). They must protect your data and use it only as instructed.
4.2 Legal, Safety & Rights. When required by law/subpoena or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale (your information may be transferred as part of the transaction and remain subject to this Policy).
5. Age Verification
We may use DOB prompts, third-party verification, and/or other checks to help restrict access and sales to individuals under 21. Attempts to bypass age verification are prohibited.
6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We (and authorized partners) use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, perform analytics, and—where permitted—deliver and measure ads (including cross-context behavioral advertising).
Your choices:
Browser controls to block/delete cookies.
Email opt-out links (for marketing emails).
SMS reply STOP to cancel marketing texts.
Some ad choices may also be available via device settings or industry tools. Blocking cookies may limit site functionality.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here (e.g., orders, accounting/tax/legal obligations, dispute resolution), then delete or anonymize it where feasible.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Your rights depend on where you live. We will verify requests and may deny or limit them where the law allows (e.g., when disclosure would impact others’ privacy or our legal obligations).
9.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have the right to:
Know/Access the categories/specific pieces of personal information we collected and the sources, purposes, and disclosures;
Delete personal information (subject to exceptions);
Correct inaccuracies;
Opt Out of “Sale”/“Sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (ad tech cookies may be considered a “sale” or “share” under CPRA);
Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (if applicable).
To exercise rights or to submit an opt-out request, email shroomypop@gmail.com and manage cookies in your browser. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.
9.2 Other U.S. States (e.g., CO, CT, VA, UT)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling for significant decisions. If we deny your request, you may have a right to appeal—email shroomypop@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
9.3 EEA/UK (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include: contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, security, analytics, limited marketing where permitted), consent (where required), and legal obligations. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Do Not Track
Browsers may offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because a uniform standard is not widely adopted, we currently do not respond to DNT.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites/services. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Review those policies before sharing information.
12. International Data Transfers
If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date and become effective when posted.
